Pan Check Magnetic Disc

This small magnetic disc offers a quick first check of a pan’s response before you compare its base with an induction zone. Hold the red token against the underside of clean, cool cookware, then return it to its fabric pouch. Attraction can help identify a magnetic layer, but it does not confirm flatness, size or the pan maker’s approval for induction use. Use those separate checks when selecting cookware for any of the four hobs. Remove the token completely before the pan is heated.

Fit and use

Cookware screening accessory for all four hobs; never leave the magnet on a pan or active cooking surface.

Care

Wipe the token dry and store it in its pouch. Keep it separate from cookware during heating and avoid crushing or chipping it.
